Emily Talks Disordered Eating Recovery
Show Notes

Today, we sat down and talked with Emily Zeiler, an Ohio University student studying political science. Emily has struggled with disordered eating and anxiety throughout her life. Emily has grown up not speaking about her mental health since her family never discussed topics like that. When she went to college, she was able to discover resources to help her handle her anxiety and friends that helped her with her struggles of disordered eating. Though the journey has been bumpy, Emily is ready for the future with the help of her support system. We hope you enjoy!
