Today, we sat down and talked with Nathan Stanley, a senior at Ohio University who shared his mental health journey of living with depression, generalized anxiety, and a history of self-harm. Nathan talks about his diagnoses, his experience with therapy, and his recovery from self-harm. We also talk about how he developed generalized anxiety as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, how he recognized the need to seek treatment, and the importance of stigma reduction.
