Maya Talks Living with OCD
Today, we sat down and talked with Maya Tadross, a psychology student from the United States. She has been living with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), social anxiety, skin picking disorder, and depression since she was 14 years old, and was just recently diagnosed with ADHD. Once they’ve built rapport and trust, explored the issues, and established the texter’s goal, they collaboratively problem-solve to help the texter come up with a plan to stay safe. Texting in will not appear on your bill if you have AT&T, Sprint, or Verizon as your cell phone carrier.
